    SAFETY

We are committed to providing the highest level of safety. We utilize top of the line avalanche safety equipment, satellite communicators, radio repeaters, and follow strict snow safety protocols. Our guides are veterans, who have been guiding for decades in Alaska and around the world. They have a wide-range of experience working with both guests and professional ski/snowboard film crews. They understand how to move people through mountains and return them home safely. Above anything else, safety will always be our top priority.

    FACILITY

We have a brand-new, state of the art, purpose-built, heliskiing hangar at the Valdez Airport. Just minutes outside of town, the building has a guest locker room, commercial kitchen, dining mezzanine with lounge, retail shop, guide room, and of course, room to store 2 A-Star helicopters. All of your days will start and end here. No need to drag your gear back and forth, you can leave everything in one secure space. This facility was designed to support and enhance the greatest days of your life.

  • Cuisine

One of the most important elements of a heliski vacation is the food. ABG has an in-house pastry chef who will make your mouth water with perfect pain au chocolat before you head into the mountains. In the field, fresh bread, sandwiches, hot soup, delicious sweets and snacks await you at lunch. Our executive chef will serve a hearty dinner, sure to satisfy after a long day in the mountains.
